Headshot Style & On-Site Setup
Choose a consistent headshot style that complements your company's brand, existing photography, and intended use.
I offer white, gray, charcoal, and black backgrounds, with brand-matched backdrop colors available by request. Environmental portraits can also be photographed in offices, lobbies, and other workplace settings.
I bring professional studio lighting and backdrop equipment to your office or approved location. Lighting, composition, and cropping remain consistent across the team, with adjustments to flatter each person's features and skin tone.
A conference room or available office space generally works well for the setup. I'm fully insured and can provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) when required.

How much time does each person need?
Most team members need about 5–8 minutes, with schedule buffers included.
Do you travel outside New Orleans?
Yes. I provide corporate headshots throughout the New Orleans metro area, Northshore, Baton Rouge, and Gulf Coast, with travel quoted in advance.
How much space do you need?
A 10×12 ft space is ideal for a simple headshot setup, but I can adapt to smaller rooms when needed.
How many retouched images does each person receive?
The standard setup includes one retouched image per person, with options to add more. Executives often select 2–3 final images.
Is licensing included?
Yes. Standard business usage is included for company websites, profiles, internal directories, LinkedIn, marketing, and PR. Agency or advertising usage can be quoted separately.
Can we add group shots?
Yes. We can plan quick group photos by department, leadership team, or office location.
How do we prepare for a team headshot day?
I’ll confirm space requirements, timing, and the look you want. On the day, I run a streamlined flow so each person is guided quickly and consistently.
