Why Couples Book Chad for Wedding Video
You want your wedding film to feel natural, not overproduced.
I keep coverage calm, steady, and intentional. That means clean audio for vows and speeches, smooth coverage during fast-moving moments, and thoughtful editing that helps you remember the day without making it feel forced.
This works especially well for New Orleans weddings with second lines, live music, church ceremonies, courtyard receptions, and full wedding weekend events.

What’s the difference between a Highlight Film and a Full Ceremony Edit?
A highlight film is a polished recap of your wedding day, edited with the best moments, movement, reactions, music, and select audio when it fits — like vows, speeches, or toasts.
A full ceremony edit is your ceremony shown from start to finish, with continuous coverage and clean audio when available, so you can watch the full service as it happened.
Documentary-First Wedding Films
Your wedding film should feel like your day, not a staged production. I focus on real movement, clean audio when available, natural emotion, and steady coverage that does not pull attention away from the moment.
You’ll still get light direction when it helps. I’ll guide portraits, work around your timeline, and make sure important moments are covered clearly. The final film should feel polished, easy to watch, and true to the people, energy, and place.
Wedding Filmmaking Experience
I started filming music videos in 2005 and have been filming weddings since 2015. Since then, I’ve filmed more than 25 weddings throughout New Orleans and South Louisiana.
My experience includes ceremonies, receptions, second lines, live music, speeches, formal dances, wedding weekends, and full wedding-day coverage.
That background shapes how I approach a wedding day: anticipating movement, recording important audio, adapting to changing light, working smoothly alongside planners and photographers, and knowing when to give direction and when to simply let a moment unfold.
My goal is to create wedding films that feel polished and intentional without losing the natural pace, sound, and emotion of the day.
New Orleans Second Line Wedding Videography
Second lines move quickly, so video coverage needs to be planned around the route, timing, crowd movement, live music, and the transition between locations.
I focus on the couple and wedding party, brass band, guest reactions, wide views of the route, street atmosphere, and the movement that gives a New Orleans second line its energy.
Before the wedding, I’ll review the starting point, route, timing, ending point, and transportation plan so the video team can stay mobile without slowing down the celebration.
