Space, Power & Setup Requirements
A clear, level 10×10 ft area is recommended to accommodate the 40-inch platform, rotating camera arm, and safe guest movement. Additional space may be necessary for backdrops or larger events.
A standard 120V outlet is required unless portable power has been arranged in advance. An outlet within 25–50 feet of the booth is preferred.
Allow approximately 45–60 minutes for setup and testing and 30–60 minutes for breakdown. Indoor or covered locations are preferred; outdoor setups depend on weather, ground conditions, and venue approval.
Your booth operator will manage the equipment and guide guests throughout the experience.
How Guests Receive Their 360 Videos
Guests can share their videos during the event by text, email, AirDrop, or QR code, depending on device compatibility and internet connectivity.
Finished videos are provided in MP4 format for convenient viewing and social media sharing. A post-event gallery is typically delivered within 24–48 hours, so guests can retrieve their videos after the celebration.
If internet access is unreliable at the venue, sharing may be delayed until a stable connection is available.
Booking Your 360 Photo Booth Rental
A $250 nonrefundable deposit is required to reserve your event date. Your remaining balance is invoiced after your booking details are confirmed and is due 24 hours before your event.
Travel: Delivery, setup, and breakdown are included for venues within 25 miles of ZIP code 70056. For venues beyond that area, additional travel is calculated at $5 per mile for the one-way distance exceeding 25 miles. No separate return mileage charge applies. Our maximum service radius is 125 miles, subject to availability.
Venue requirements: Please provide a clear, level 10×10 ft setup area, access to a standard 120V outlet, and adequate room for guests to enter and exit safely. Outdoor setups require advance approval based on weather and venue conditions.
