Pricing is based primarily on the amount of photography coverage required rather than square footage. A property's number of rooms, layout, amenities, exterior areas and additional structures can all affect the amount of shooting and editing required.
Every HDR photography session includes: interior and exterior photography, HDR exposure blending, professional color and exposure correction, lens and perspective correction, vertical straightening, window balancing where appropriate, natural sky replacement when needed, minor distraction cleanup, and MLS/web-ready digital delivery.
Final image count varies by property. I provide enough finished photographs to properly represent the primary rooms, exterior and important property features without filling the gallery with unnecessary duplicate angles.

Coverage may include exterior conditions, individual rooms, fixtures, visible damage, renovation progress and other client-requested areas. Standard pricing includes up to 60 minutes of on-site photography.

How Real Estate Photography Works
1. Book the Property
Send the property address, number of bedrooms, property type, any additional rooms or amenities and the services you need.
2. Prepare the Property
The property should be cleaned, decluttered and photo-ready before the scheduled appointment. Lights, window coverings, vehicles, exterior areas and visible personal items should be prepared before photography begins whenever possible.
3. Photography & Media Capture
I photograph the important interior and exterior spaces along with property features that help buyers, renters or investors understand the space. Any scheduled drone, video, floor-plan or virtual-tour coverage is completed during the same visit when possible.
4. Editing & Delivery
Final photography is professionally edited and delivered digitally for listing and marketing use. Rush or next-day delivery may be available when scheduling permits.

Professional real estate photography includes more than the original capture. When needed, exterior images can be enhanced with natural sky replacement, digital lawn and landscape enhancement, yard cleanup and detailed exterior retouching to create a cleaner, more polished presentation while keeping the property realistic.

How much does real estate photography cost in New Orleans?
Residential HDR real estate photography starts at $150 for 1–2 bedroom properties. Pricing increases based on the amount of coverage required, with additional options for drone photography, video, virtual tours and floor plans.
How many real estate photos will I receive?
The number of images depends on the layout and features of the property. I provide enough professionally edited photographs to properly represent the important rooms, exterior areas and property features without unnecessary duplicate angles.
How quickly will I receive my photos?
Turnaround depends on the property and services ordered. Rush and next-day delivery may be available when scheduling permits. Larger commercial and multimedia projects may require additional production time.
Do you photograph Airbnb, VRBO and other short-term rentals?
Yes. Short-term rental coverage can include rooms, amenities, décor, outdoor spaces and other features important to prospective guests.
Do you photograph apartments and commercial properties?

Do you offer drone photography, video and virtual tours?

Yes. Recurring and multi-property photography is available for Realtors, brokerages, property managers and companies with ongoing property-media needs.
Real Estate Photography Service Area
Real estate and property photography is available throughout the New Orleans metro area, including New Orleans, Metairie, Kenner, Gretna, Jefferson Parish, Orleans Parish and the West Bank.
Regional assignments throughout Southeast Louisiana and other Louisiana markets are also available depending on project scope. Commercial, hotel and multi-location projects can be quoted separately.
Travel
Travel within 15 miles of my Gretna-area home base is included.
Properties beyond the included service radius are subject to a $25 travel fee for each additional 25 miles of driving distance, with service available for assignments up to approximately 200 miles.
Parking, tolls, overnight accommodations or unusual travel requirements may be quoted separately when applicable.
