Are you planning a wedding and in search of the perfect way to capture all the memories and fun times with your family and friends? Then a Nore Events PHOTO BOOTH RENTAL is a perfect addition to your wedding day! When it comes to your wedding celebration, it’s important to ensure all your guests have a good time.

One of the best ways to liven up the fun is to hire our photobooth for your big day. With the excitement of dressing up in silly photo booth props, taking photos with your guests, and creating a keepsake photostrip from your big day, it’s no wonder more and more people are using our photo booths for their weddings. But with so many styles and options for choosing a photo booth near me, it can be overwhelming to choose the right one.

This article will help you choose the perfect photo booth for your wedding, whether it’s a small mobile booth or a large set-up suitable for different-sized groups. Here are some tips for choosing the perfect photo booth for your wedding:

1. Determine Your Budget:

Determine how much you would like to spend on a photo booth and stick to it. You don’t want to rent a photo booth that’s out of your price range and end up overspending for something you won’t get to fully enjoy or doesn't match your theme or aesthetic.

You can find our affordable photo and video booths ranging from small mobile setups that allow guests to take their own photos with our iPad tablet Digital Selfie Booth to a DSLR Camera Mirror Booth to interactive party-stopping 360 Video Spinning Photo Booths.

You'll need to decide which type of technology and photo quality you’d like your wedding booths to have. If you’re wanting to get photos printed right away, then you’ll need to ensure the photo booth offers that option.

Some of our Photo Booth Packages only offer digital files, while others will provide you with both digital files and physical prints. If archiving photos is important to you, then our photo booths can save your images in an online gallery for later retrieval.

Which Photo Booth Is Best for Your Wedding?

Each photo booth creates a different experience for wedding guests. The best choice depends on your reception style, available space, and whether you prefer printed photographs or shareable digital content.

Photo Booth	Best For	What Guests Receive
DSLR Mirror Booth	Elegant receptions, formal celebrations, and couples who want traditional photo keepsakes	Professional-quality photographs with digital sharing and optional 4×6 prints
360 Video Booth	High-energy receptions, dancing, and guests who enjoy creating social media content	Short 360 video clips with music, customized overlays, and digital sharing
iPad Digital Booth	Smaller reception spaces, casual celebrations, and quick guest participation	Digital photos with custom overlays and convenient sharing

For weddings where printed keepsakes are important, I generally recommend the DSLR Mirror Booth with the print upgrade. For a more energetic reception experience, the 360 Video Booth is an alternative.

2. Find the Perfect Place:

Choose a visible, accessible area that doesn't block the dance floor, catering stations, or major walkways. Guests should have enough space to enter, pose, and exit without interrupting other reception activities.

For my 360 video booth, I recommend a clear, level 10×10-foot area for the platform, rotating camera arm, and safe guest movement. Additional space may be needed for backdrops and waiting guests. The booth also requires access to power, and I'll coordinate setup requirements with your venue before the wedding.

3. Choose the Right Backdrop:

You’ll want to consider the type of Backdrop that the photo booth should offer for your guests. Think about the style of your wedding and choose a backdrop that fits the theme of the day. You can be as simple or as creative as you want with the backdrop, depending on your budget and preference.

4. Add Fun Props:

Have a few fun props handy so guests can snap fun and unique pictures. Consider props like crazy hats, signs, sunglasses, wigs, prop money, confetti cannons, feather boas, and more.

5. Look for Extras:

Most photo booth companies offer a variety of extras like an attendant to help with the booth’s setup and use, a scrapbook for guest signatures, prints of images and an online gallery of all the photos taken in the photo booth. These extras can add a unique and special touch to your wedding.

Finally, ensure your photo booth vendor has sufficient transportation for their equipment, and adequate time for the photo booth setup as well as liability insurance should anything go wrong during your wedding.

When Should You Open the Photo Booth During Your Wedding Reception?

The best time depends on your reception schedule and when guests are most likely to participate.

For many weddings, opening the booth around cocktail hour or after dinner gives guests something enjoyable to do without competing with the ceremony, formal introductions, speeches, or first dances.

I recommend coordinating with your planner or DJ so the booth is available during periods of natural guest movement. If your venue has a strict load-in or breakdown schedule, we'll also plan around those requirements before the wedding.

By following these tips, you can ensure that you find the perfect photo booth for your wedding day. With a photo booth as the star of your reception, guests will be able to capture the memories of your wedding day for years to come.
