What’s included in each wedding photography package?

All wedding packages include at least 8 hours of wedding day coverage, two photographers, an online gallery to share and download, and a deliverable print album. Package upgrades include larger and higher-quality print products (8.5×11", 11×14", 12×16") with cover upgrades (gloss/leatherette to premium options like leather, linen, and velvet). Select packages can also include an engagement session with a framed print and/or a boudoir session with a mini album.

Do you offer payment plans or a retainer to book the date?

Yes. A retainer is required to secure your date, and flexible payment plans are available. The remaining balance is due 24 hours before your event start time.

How many photos will we receive?

Final image counts vary based on the flow of your day. A typical range is approximately 50–100 edited images per hour, but there is no set minimum. Coverage is focused on your priorities, key moments, and a complete visual story of the day.

What is your turnaround time?

You can expect a preview within about 5 days to 1 week. Final gallery delivery is typically 2–4 weeks. If extensive retouching is requested, delivery can extend up to 6 weeks. Print products generally take about 2–8 weeks for design, proofing, production, and delivery.

Do you offer rehearsal dinner coverage?

Yes. Rehearsal dinner coverage is available as an add-on and is typically $500 for 2–4 hours, depending on the schedule and coverage needs.

Which Package Is Right for You?

Choosing coverage comes down to how much of the day you want photographed and how much portrait time you want built in.

8 hours is ideal if you want ceremony + portraits + most of the reception, with efficient timing.
10 hours is best if you want getting ready moments, more relaxed portraits, and full reception storytelling without rushing.
Add-ons make sense when your wedding includes a rehearsal dinner, second line, extended exit, or multiple locations.

If you’re unsure, I’ll recommend coverage based on your venue(s), ceremony time, and reception timeline.
